Chef Jose Garces is a beloved star in the Philadelphia food scene. An Iron Chef, James Beard Award-winner, known as the leading culinary authority of Spanish and Latin-American food, Garces has been pushing the boundaries of culinary excellence for over 20 years! His first restaurant, Amada, continues to delight and inspire foodies from all over. His talent has expanded to many different ventures including Okatshe in Atlantic City, as well as home delivery, online cooking demos, and classes. In 2011, Garces co-founded The Garces Foundation which provides ongoing assistance to the immigrant community.
