Whether there is interest in learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu or other martial arts for self-defense, Muay Thai (often called “Thai boxing”) or mixed martial arts, this Balance Studios location in Philadelphia is a fantastic place to train. As its many great reviews on Yelp indicate, Balance is the right place to train for beginners and other levels and interests, and the “family-like atmosphere” is another plus. So is the staff’s focus on safety. Classes are immediately available to sign up for and allows beginners to start learning Jiu-Jitsu or Muay Thai right away. There’s also the option of participating in seven days of free training to give Balance a try as well as to become more familiar with the studio, its instructors and what they teach.
