Chris Lehmann is the founding principal of the Science Leadership Academy, a partnership science and technology high school between The Franklin Institute and the School District of Philadelphia. Lehmann is a 2016 member of Scholastic’s National Advisory Council and the 2014 winner of the McGraw Prize in Education. Some of Lehmann’s other accolades include being honored by the White House as a Champion of Change and being named as one of 20 to Watch by the National School Board Association. Lehmann has written for Principal Leadership Magazine, Learning and Leading with Technology Magazine, and the School Library Journal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in English Education from Columbia University.
